全方位推进产业数字赋能，依托综合试验区、骨干直联点、算力枢纽节点和东数西算、“千兆城市”，系统部署产业数字化转型、智能化升级项目，加快工业互联网平台和智慧园区、智能工厂等建设。
宁夏回族自治区
大力实施数字宁夏提质升级行动。坚持把数字经济作为决定未来竞争的关键，高质量建设西部数谷，启动实施“1244+N”行动计划，数字信息产业产值达到850亿元。
着力实施数字产业化工程，新增超大型数据中心5个、服务器装机能力超过125万台，5G基站达到1.2万座、5G网络行政村覆盖率达到95%。
着力实施产业数字化工程，制定“数字+产业”倍增计划，实施“上云用数赋智”行动，加快“5G＋工业互联网”应用，推进智慧园区建设，建成智能工厂15个、产业互联网平台30个，新增上云企业1000家。
着力实施数字化政务工程，建设全区一体化政务大数据中心，打造“一网通办”升级版，政务服务全程网办率达到50%以上。
着力实施数字化社会工程，加快环保、交通、金融、文化等领域数字化转型，推动互联网+教育、+医疗健康、+城乡供水等加快提质增效，力推“互联网+宁夏”全面升级。
新疆维吾尔自治区
紧跟数字时代发展步伐，大力发展数字经济，实施“数字强基”工程，推进乌鲁木齐、克拉玛依云计算产业园数据中心建设，支持新疆软件园创建“中国软件名园”，开展新一代信息技术与制造业融合发展试点示范，带动一批规上工业企业数字化转型，推动数字经济与实体经济深度融合，为高质量发展注入新动能。
系统布局建设新型基础设施体系，实施数字新疆战略，加强通信基础设施建设，推进传统基础设施智能升级，积极融入国家“东数西算”工程，推进数字丝绸之路建设。
推动商贸物流企业数字化、智能化转型，促进线上线下消费融合。
西藏自治区
挖掘数字经济潜能。依托气候、资源等优越条件，健全信息基础设施，加快推进数字产业化、产业数字化，打造“六新”数字屋脊。支持拉萨建设国家算力枢纽节点。数字经济核心产业增加值突破320亿元，初步形成以拉萨为核心节点的面向南亚的数字港。
广西壮族自治区
推动新兴产业倍增发展，大力发展数字经济，加快信创产业发展，推动制造业智能化数字化升级，推进“十百千万”工程。加快汽车、机械、有色金属、冶金、糖业等领域工业互联网发展。培育壮大数字广西、北投信创等数字经济龙头企业。加大机器“换人”、设备换芯、生产换线力度，新增智能工厂、数字化车间各60家以上。
加快新基建投资。推进中国—东盟信息港建设，运营好柳州国际互联网数据专用通道，积极打造中国—东盟北斗总部基地，推动国家新型互联网交换中心落地。新建成5G基站2万座以上，5G网络覆盖80%以上行政村，支持广电5G融合发展。
