 ——大力开展三项制度改革专项行动，管理人员薪酬结构中绩效薪酬占比达到60%以上，有30户企业将考核结果与职务调整实现挂钩。积极实施上市公司、非上市公司中长期激励，覆盖面分别达到30.23%、7.63%，两项指标均位居全国前列。

今年一季度，山东省属企业营业收入、利润总额、净利润等主要数据均实现大幅增长。截至3月末，纳入财务快报的24户省属企业，资产总额达38007.3亿元，同比增长8.9%。
