Two departments: Implementing a special plan for patent conversion to support the innovative development of small and medium-sized enterprises

The reporter of Economic Information Daily learned on March 22 that in order to promote the innovation achievements to benefit more SMEs and improve the transformation rate and implementation efficiency of intellectual property rights of innovation subjects such as colleges and universities, the Ministry of Finance and the China National Intellectual Property Administration recently issued a notice, deciding to implement a special plan for patent transformation, and use three years to select and supplement a number of provinces that have achieved remarkable results in promoting the transfer and transformation of patent technology and assisting the innovation and development of SMEs. According to the results of performance evaluation, the Ministry of Finance and the China National Intellectual Property Administration will give 100 million yuan to provinces with improved plans, appropriate measures, strong work promotion, and remarkable achievements in the transformation and application of patent technology. In principle, those provinces that have received the award and subsidy funds will not be awarded in the next year.
