Empowering the high-quality development of the high-end equipment industry in Laiwu - Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association Laiwu Innovation Service Center is established

Recently, the High Quality Development Forum of the High end Equipment Industry Chain in Laiwu High tech Zone and the unveiling ceremony of the Laiwu Innovation Service Center of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association were held in Laiwu High tech Zone. This event is jointly organized by Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and Laiwu High tech Zone Management Committee, aiming to implement the strategic deployment of the provincial party committee and government on the high-end equipment industry, deepen the transformation of old and new driving forces, promote the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the high-end equipment industry chain in Laiwu High tech Zone, promote the joint improvement and coordinated development of large, medium and small enterprises in the upstream and downstream of the industry chain, adapt to the post epidemic economic development situation, and accelerate the transformation of enterprises towards high-end, intelligent and green.

Qi Junxiang, member of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Laiwu High tech Zone, stated in his speech that Shandong Province is a major province in the equipment manufacturing industry, with a huge industry and market. The Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Association has vigorously promoted the healthy and scientific development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the province by consolidating industry wisdom, gathering industry strength, and integrating industry resources. Jinan·The Zhongguancun Information Valley Innovation Demonstration Base is jointly established by the Laiwu High tech Zone Management Committee and Beijing Zhongguancun Information Valley Company. Its construction standards are high and its industrial agglomeration intensity ranks among the top in the province. Currently, more than 20 projects have been put into operation. The cooperation between Laiwu High tech Zone, Provincial Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, and Zhongguancun Information Valley highlights their advantages. Li Cheng, the General Manager of Jinan Zhongguancun Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on Jinan at the meeting·Promotion of Zhongguancun Information Valley Innovation Demonstration Base. The total investment of the base is 350 million yuan, covering a total area of 466 acres, with a planned construction area of 240000 square meters, of which the first phase covers an area of 219 acres. After conducting research and analysis on the industrial foundation of Laiwu High tech Zone and combining with the operational experience of Zhongguancun Information Valley National Park, the base is positioned as three major industrial directions: robot full industry chain, electronic information manufacturing, and high-end equipment manufacturing,At the same time, we pay attention to the cultivation and rapid development of enterprises after landing, and create eight service platforms to provide enterprises with a series of services such as scientific and technological talents, scientific and technological policies, scientific and technological innovation, international exchanges, etc., to help enterprises take root and grow rapidly.

At the meeting, Su Hongxing, Secretary General of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association, and Li Cheng jointly unveiled the plaque for the Laiwu Innovation Service Center of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association. 苏红星作了《当前装备制造业现状及发展形势分析》主题报告，他在报告中通过一系列专业数据剖析了我国装备制造业发展现状，面对面与企业分享了我国装备制造业发展趋势及建议，最后结合协会具体工作实际，为参会企业带去了专业化的服务内容与服务项目，与莱芜高新区装备制造企业建立了良好的沟通渠道，进一步发挥出协会服务企业、服务行业的使命担当。

山东省装备制造业协会标准专业委员会副主任、高质标准化研究院副院长法文鹏就《标准化助力企业高质量发展》作了主题报告，他向与会企业分享了标准及标准化建设的专业解读，从国家战略层面到企业发展规划，标准建设所起到的重要作用，并企业要重视起标准的建设，提早谋划布局，把握行业发展的主动性，搭上标准建设的快车道。

山东省装备制造业协会项目政策中心主任马居宝就有关产业政策进行了解读，重点深入分析了针对省级政策对企业的导向作用，让企业更好地了解政策、用好政策，通过政策引导企业发展壮大，同时解读了“企策官”这种新型高端复合型人才的培养理念。

ACCA CTA 济南分所负责人、神州税道集团资深合伙人李鹏向企业分享了《金税四期下税赋如何降低》成功经验，通过生动的实操案例为企业介绍了相关财税政策，以专业性的服务致力于为企业更好节省成本、创造更多利润。

会后，苏红星一行在李诚的陪同下，参观了中关村信息谷创新示范基地园区展厅。他表示，省协会将与济南中关村科技发展有限责任公司同心同力、携手共进，充分发挥出莱芜创新服务中心的示范带动作用，尽心尽力为园区企业、莱芜企业做好服务工作，共同促进我省装备制造业实现绿色低碳高质量发展。
