Our province's first 'instant approval' of enterprise business license

On the morning of August 13th, the first enterprise in China to set up an intelligent registration system was launched and put into operation in the Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area. The system completely replaces traditional manual approval methods with computer system automatic intelligent approval, greatly reducing the time for enterprise establishment to instant approval when conditions are met.

After that, the intelligent system in the background quickly approved and processed the first "instant batch" enterprise business license in the province. Enterprises can choose to apply for and have their business license delivered to their doorstep at the service hall or at home. There is no need to make an appointment, queue up, submit paper materials, or have staff review materials one by one. They can independently handle registration and cancellation business anytime and anywhere, which is really convenient, "he said.

This system is jointly developed by the Market Supervision Bureau of Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area and the Qingdao Administrative Approval Service Bureau. It innovatively reduces the three approval processes of manual pre-approval, acceptance, and approval in the background to one automatic review process, truly achieving "zero manual intervention" throughout the entire process and simplifying the approval process. According to Wang Yu, Deputy Director of the Market Supervision Bureau of Qingdao Qianwan Bonded Port Area, the system has innovatively developed two subsystems, address standardization and business scope standardization, based on the distribution of enterprises and industry development characteristics in special areas, relying on the Shandong Province Enterprise Full process Electronic Registration System. It has achieved automatic association of enterprise registration addresses and menu based filling of business scope, solving the two major difficulties of intelligent registration.
