In order to implement the Implementation Opinions of the People's Government of Shandong Province on Building an Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community with "Government Industry University Research Funds", accelerate the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship communities, and in accordance with the unified arrangement and deployment of the Party Group of the Department, on the morning of July 10th, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology held a symposium on promoting the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship communities throughout the province. Li Chulin, member of the Party Group of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology and Director of the Qingdao National Marine Science Research Center, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
In his speech, Li Chulin elaborated on the background, significance, task objectives, and methodological path of building an innovation and entrepreneurship community, vividly answering specific questions such as how to formulate construction plans, how to carry out construction projects, and how to manage centralized management departments. He emphasized that in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship communities, all departments and units should effectively enhance their ideological awareness, establish correct work orientation, and adhere to striving for excellence as the direction of their efforts; We must firmly establish a global perspective, adhere to integrating our own development into the overall development of regions, industries, and fields, further identify our positioning, clarify our goals, and jointly build a "1+30+N" innovation system; We must adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, benchmark against the advanced, face up to the gaps, fill in the gaps, and accelerate the relevant work.
At the meeting, officials from the Intelligent Equipment Industry Development Center of Jinan High tech Zone and Qingdao University of Science and Technology respectively introduced the construction status and next steps of the Shandong Province Laser Equipment (Laser Manufacturing) Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community and the Shandong Province Polymer New Materials Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community. The attending representatives had a discussion and exchange on how to accelerate the construction of an innovation and entrepreneurship community.
This conference is another promotion meeting for the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship communities, following the symposium on promoting the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship communities and Shandong Industrial Technology Research Institute in March this year, and the symposium on innovation and entrepreneurship in university research institutes in April. It focuses more on the pain points, difficulties, and obstacles in the process of building innovation and entrepreneurship communities, further plays the leading role of advanced models, and effectively promotes the continuous development and deepening of related work.
