The inspection team of the National Development and Reform Commission came to Jinan to inspect the promotion of the transformation of old and new driving forces in our province
On July 8-9, Guo Lanfeng, Director of the Regional Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, led a team to visit Jinan to further understand the situation related to the transformation of old and new driving forces, state-owned enterprise reform, private enterprise development, Sino US trade frictions, and the construction of the Yellow River ecological belt in our province. Comrade Zhang Xinwen, Secretary and Director of the Party Committee, Guan Zhaoquan, Member and Deputy Director of the Party Committee, and Sun Laibin, Deputy Director of the Provincial New and Old Energy Office, accompanied the inspection.
On July 8th, the inspection team visited Jinan International Medical Science Center, Shandong Tianyue Crystal Materials Co., Ltd., the relocation site of Huanghe Beach District in Guide Street, Changqing District, Xingjiadu Yellow River diversion gate, the exhibition center of the pilot zone, and the International Finance City. They focused on understanding the construction of Jinan's new and old kinetic energy conversion pilot zone, the relocation of Huanghe Beach District, and the Yellow River Dam.
On the morning of July 9th, Comrade Zhang Xinwen presided over a symposium on stimulating the vitality of market entities and accelerating the transformation of new and old driving forces. The inspection team had in-depth exchanges with relevant departments directly under the provincial government, representatives of state-owned and private enterprises, on policy matters related to the transformation of new and old driving forces that they plan to apply for support from the state, reform of state-owned enterprises, development of private enterprises, and Sino US trade frictions.
On the afternoon of July 9th, Comrade Guan Zhaoquan presided over a symposium where the inspection team had a discussion with relevant comrades from the Provincial Political Consultative Conference on the construction of the Yellow River ecological belt in our province.
The inspection team fully affirmed the achievements made in the construction of new and old kinetic energy conversion in our province, and provided guidance for the next steps of our province's work. The inspection team stated that they will continue to increase policy support for the transformation of old and new driving forces in Shandong Province in collaboration with relevant national departments, in order to accelerate the realization of "changing cages and birds, phoenix rebirth" in Shandong Province.
