The main venue of the 2019 National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week is located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. More than 170 innovation and entrepreneurship projects from across the country are gathered here to showcase the latest achievements of "double innovation".
In recent years, Hangzhou has achieved remarkable results in innovation and entrepreneurship. Hangzhou has over 50 small and medium-sized enterprises per thousand people, reaching the level of developed countries; The "double innovation" space covers 48.42 million square meters, with over 60000 incubating enterprises; The net inflow rate of talents and overseas talents ranks first in the country.
Multi domain innovation stimulates vitality
The main venue in Hangzhou has six exhibition areas and more than 170 booths, including "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Creating Environment Continuously Optimized," "Market Entity Vitality Competing," "Significant Improvement in Technological Innovation Capability," "Significant Effectiveness of Entrepreneurship Driving Employment," "Accelerated Growth of New Momentum," and "Qianjiang Tide," presenting a good momentum of deepening innovation and entrepreneurship in multiple fields, entities, and levels.
In front of the LHD large-scale ocean tidal energy generator model, Lin Dong, Chairman of LHD Joint Kinetic Energy, introduced that the project has built the world's first "3.4 MW LHD modular large-scale ocean tidal energy generator" assembly platform, which is expected to completely solve major problems in the ocean economy such as island power supply and offshore island development, and open up a new situation for China's large-scale development and utilization of clean ocean energy. As of the end of March 2019, the 1 MW unit has been generating electricity and operating continuously for over 22 months, breaking the world record for stable operation time.
The "5G innovative applications" brought by China Mobile have become a hot topic of concern for people. 5G+intelligent transportation makes driving path planning, congestion reminders, traffic light guidance, intelligent parking, and other practical and feasible operations; 5G+intelligent manufacturing has significantly improved the efficiency of component monitoring and processing design; 5G+smart healthcare, creating the country's first "5G remote green emergency channel", relying on the intelligent monitoring and AI technology of the smart three-dimensional emergency network, doctors can identify sudden illnesses and allocate emergency resources.

“新物种”展现硬核科技
世界首款三位一体的PINTRACE骨科手术机器人首次发布，跟传统外科手术及同类机器人比，其手术精度更高，可达0.5毫米以下；世界首款治疗眼底黄斑、青光眼、白内障等眼底疾病的OR眼科手术机器人，能够完全替代同类人工手术……来自中瑞福宁控股集团有限公司的两款“新物种”在杭州主会场亮相。
“OR眼科手术机器人具有全自动、操作安全、精准的特点，可提高病人手术时的舒适性，大幅降低手动注射引起的眼部污染发炎的风险。”中瑞福宁控股集团有限公司董事长刘倩告诉经济日报记者，比如眼底黄斑手术，传统一台手术需要几小时，通过机器人两三秒就能完成，还能远程操控，即使相隔千里也能实时完成手术。这就意味着，一个医生可以同时进行多台手术，价格仅为传统的十分之一。
据介绍，全国双创活动周期间，杭州主会场每天发布两个前沿项目，来自13家科技公司的14个“新物种”先后亮相。
展会现场，不吃桑叶会吐五彩丝的蚕吸引了不少人的目光。原来，这是浙江嵊州带来的高密度全龄人工饲料工厂化养蚕技术。现场摆放的6个盒子，分别展示了从幼蚕到蚕丝的各个阶段。幼蚕吃的不是桑叶，而是饲料。工作人员告诉记者，人工饲料代替桑叶，是我国丝绸产业的一次重大革命。今后，养蚕将不再受季节、场地和人工限制，蚕丝产量和品质都将大大提升。
在中科曙光展位，新一代硅立方高性能计算机首秀。该系统突破了密集型计算的冷却瓶颈，在同等计算能力的情况下，系统总能耗节省达到40%，能效比达到全球领先水平。
“中国‘双创’已开始进入‘硬技术’时代，这符合创新创业发展的规律。”首都科技发展战略研究院执行院长颜振军说，近5年来，中国的互联网创业兴起了模式创新浪潮，这只是一个发展阶段，最终技术创新型的企业将发挥更大作用。
孵化器助力企业成长
科技部有关负责人表示：“科技创新创业蓬勃发展，得益于体制机制障碍的突破和良好发展环境的营造，这一切让科技创新创业动力澎湃。”

同样生长于杭州这片“双创”热土，主会场所在地梦想小镇的创业孵化每天都在上演。12个由旧粮仓改建而来的众创“种子仓”，如今已成为孕育科技型企业的载体。自2015年3月建成至今，已集聚1.7万名人才、市场化运作孵化器50多家、资本管理机构1400余家，汇聚创业项目1800多个。
创业平台正成为我国创新驱动的重要生力军。截至2018年底，全国创业孵化机构总数达到11808家，其中科技企业孵化器4849家，众创空间6959家；在孵企业和团队62.0万家，在孵企业拥有有效知识产权超过65.6万件，其中发明专利10.6万件。
