On the afternoon of June 10th, the Shandong Provincial Development and Reform Commission held a media briefing for the 2019 Shandong Province "Double Creation" Activity Week. The 2019 Shandong Province Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Week will be held from June 13th to 19th.
The theme of this event week is "Gathering Innovation and Entrepreneurship Vitality, Boosting Development Momentum", with a focus on optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship environment, enhancing technological innovation leadership, and improving industrial development vitality. Through a series of activities, we showcase innovation and entrepreneurship achievements, promote innovation and entrepreneurship spirit, boost innovation and entrepreneurship confidence, create an innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere, promote the formation of a new pattern of innovation and entrepreneurship that combines online and offline, industry university research cooperation, and the integration of large, medium, and small enterprises, and assist in the "upgraded version" of innovation and entrepreneurship, providing strong support for the transformation of new and old driving forces and high-quality development in the province.
This year's event week has made innovations in organizational form and activity content. In terms of target audience, activities are aimed at strategic emerging enterprises, innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises, scientific researchers, college students, and other innovative and entrepreneurial individuals from multiple industries and fields, comprehensively improving the number and quality of beneficiaries of the activities. In terms of activity effectiveness: facing the needs of innovation and entrepreneurship entities, paying attention to pain points and obstacles such as policies, capital, transformation, and projects that constrain the development of innovation and entrepreneurship, and holding a series of activities such as policy interpretation, capital docking, technology achievement transformation, and excellent project roadshows. In terms of hierarchical level: focusing on cultivating and strengthening the "top ten" industries, promoting the transformation of new and old driving forces and high-quality development in the province, holding high-end summits on artificial intelligence, medical care and health industries, inviting high-level experts and scholars such as Academician Ning Guang of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Deputy Secretary Ao Yingfang of Peking University to give keynote speeches, share innovative views, and explore industry development trends. In terms of provincial and municipal linkage, a series of activities will be carried out simultaneously in 16 cities across the province in the form of "1+N". It is reported that the launch ceremony of Shandong Province's Double Innovation Week and the "Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Science and Technology Innovation, Capital" docking dialogue summit will be held on the morning of June 13th at Shandong Radio and Television Station. It will be hosted by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, organized by the Provincial Radio and Television Station and the Provincial Finance Investment Group, and supported by the Provincial Propaganda Department, the Provincial Youth League Committee, the Provincial Department of Education, the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Department of Finance, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the Provincial State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, the Provincial Local Financial Supervision Bureau, and other departments.
