From May 13th to 17th, the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government held a promotion meeting for the transformation of old and new kinetic energy projects in the province, as well as a commendation conference for the "dual recruitment and dual introduction" work. In Dongying, we inspected the projects of Dongying Weilian Chemical p-xylene, special ceramic materials of Guoci Corporation, two-step copper smelting process demonstration and industrialization of Shandong Fangyuan Nonferrous Metals Group, COMAC Dongying Base and Airport Industrial Park, Kerui Oil&Gas Intelligent Equipment and Industrial Internet Exhibition Base. In Zibo, I visited the high-tech zone MEMS industry incubator, Hanergy thin-film solar cells, Shandong Guojin Automobile Manufacturing Pure Electric Vehicles, Shandong Zhuochuang Information and Information Services, Shandong Xinhua Medical Equipment Biopharmaceutical Equipment and Medical Imaging Product Industrialization Project. In Jinan, I visited the National Supercomputing Jinan Center, Festo Global Production Center, Jinan International Financial City, Jinan High tech Zone Innovation Valley, and Jinan International Medical Science Center projects. Throughout the observation, there were lively scenes of struggle everywhere. New projects bloomed in multiple places, new industries competed to emerge, and high-quality development was solidly promoted. Everyone listened carefully to the introduction of each project, had in-depth exchanges and discussions, learned from each other, and deeply felt the strong atmosphere of responsibility and entrepreneurship in various places.
On the afternoon of the 17th, a commendation and summary meeting was held in Jinan. The meeting reported on the work of "dual recruitment and dual introduction" in the province since 2018, and announced the results of the 2018 provincial "dual recruitment and dual introduction" assessment. Provincial leaders awarded prizes to Qingdao, Jinan, and Yantai, which won the first prize in the "Double Recruitment and Double Introduction" assessment.
