The core of intelligent manufacturing is reflected in smart factories. Smart factory refers to a modern factory that adopts modern information and communication technology, as well as advanced manufacturing technologies such as intelligent automation equipment and robots, to achieve digitalization, automation, intelligence, and networking of the entire production, management, and service process. It can improve production efficiency, reduce costs, improve product quality, shorten product development cycles, and other means through data analysis, intelligent scheduling, and automated production. It involves a wide range, high complexity, and difficulty, and many enterprises face many difficult problems in promoting the construction of smart factories.
In the keynote speech segment, Dr. Xu Jun, General Manager of eWorks, delivered a keynote speech on "Observation and Strategy of Digital Transformation and Intelligent Manufacturing", pointing out the characteristics and essence of smart factories, elaborating on the goals and priorities of digital intelligence construction in different industries, the promotion ideas and routes, and how to establish effective promotion methods and mechanisms. Combined with specific cases, he explained the methods of creating flexible manufacturing production lines and systems that are suitable for industry characteristics; In his keynote speech on "Digital Factory Based on Data Flow and Value Flow", He Shenghua, founder/CEO of Shuyi Federation of Trade Unions, explained the three major trends of digital transformation in the manufacturing industry, the future oriented digital factory architecture, and the construction of fully digital solutions for factories from three dimensions. He also put forward specific suggestions on how enterprises can achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement through digital transformation; Yang Wentao, Business Director of Denodo, and Li Guangzhi, Vice President of Qingdao Teruide Electric Co., Ltd., respectively delivered keynote speeches on "Building Modern Data Architecture for Enterprises with Data Virtualization" and "Digitalization Helps Enterprises Transform and Upgrade Intelligent Manufacturing".
Song Teng, consultant of EPLAN North Area, Ji Dongbin, CTO of Hengyuan Technology, and Tang Mingze, CIO of Qingte Group Co., Ltd., respectively shared successful cases of intelligent factory construction with the title of "From manufacturing to intelligent manufacturing, EPLAN helps the automation industry upgrade", "Exploration of enterprise IT strategic planning and technology evolution path", and "Sharing of Qingte Group's multi factory industrial Internet construction cases".
