Binzhou Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology held a training course on the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in Hangzhou

      为深入学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，学习先进地市的典型经验做法，进一步转变思路、提升素质，加快新旧动能转换和产业集群建设，助推滨州工业经济高质量发展。10月20日-24日，滨州市经信委新旧动能转换培训班在杭州举办。各县区经信（发）局局长，各科室、单位负责人共40余人参加培训。 

　　当前全市正处于深入推进新旧动能转换的关键时期，全市经信系统作为新旧动能转换主责单位，面临繁重的工作任务，集中强化培训，主要目的是对标先进，学习、借鉴浙江在新旧动能转换方面的典型经验，全面提升党建水平和干部队伍素质。 

　　 此次培训安排紧凑，内容丰富，充分利用白天跟晚上的时间，紧密结合浙江工业发展特色、经信工作实际、行业名师专长、当下热点问题，培训成效显著，达到了预期目的。主要特点：一是培训课程针对性强。邀请不同领域专家教授，从不同角度讲授党建和业务知识。安排《十九大精神与习总书记治国理政思想》理论解读，增进学员对新思想和党建工作的学习领悟；安排《互联网背景下的机遇及两化融合发展》《供给侧改革与中国经济转型》《创新驱动与产业升级》《战略性新兴产业与新旧动能转换的探索》等经济新常态分析，增强学员对当前国际形势和工业发展趋势的了解；二是培训形式丰富多样。采取解读理论、分析形势、现场教学、专题研讨四部分展开，大大提高了培训质量。组织学员前往浙江嘉兴南湖革命教育纪念馆，重温入党誓词，领略红船精神，坚定了“不忘初心、牢记使命”的信心；组织前往海康威视参观学习，了解了海康威视深厚的企业文化，领略了最前沿的科学技术，感受了数字化、网络化、智能化等先进技术的在日常生活中的运用；组织前往承载着浙江“大众创业、万众创新”试验田的使命的“梦想小镇”，领略浓厚的创业氛围和蓬勃发展的科创产业。安排专题学习研讨，总结学习内容，深入交流探讨，进一步使大家沟通思想、凝聚智慧、巩固成果。三是学员学风端正务实。为办好培训班，培训前，成立临时培训工作组，召开预备会议，明确任务，细化责任，严明培训纪律。培训期间，各组组长认真负责，学员严格遵守承诺书的规定，严肃课堂纪律，严格执行外出请销假制度，在大家的共同努力下，圆满高质量的完成了此次培训工作，取得不错效果。 

　　The students all expressed that through this learning experience, they have seen the construction achievements of advanced regions, learned advanced experiences, and identified gaps. They have gained a higher understanding of development awareness and concepts, and the gains are very significant. The effectiveness of the training is obvious. Everyone unanimously expressed that after returning to their work positions, they should effectively apply the successful experiences they have learned to their work, continuously improve their level of serving industrial enterprises, enhance their ability to lead the development of industrial enterprises, and effectively transform their learning achievements into ideological and behavioral consciousness that strengthens the ideals and beliefs of party members and cadres, and into a powerful driving force to promote the high-quality development of Binzhou's industrial economy, making greater contributions to the construction of a higher quality and higher level well-off Binzhou.
