On September 6th, the "Kaitai Talent Cultivation Fund" distribution ceremony was held at the Party and Mass Service Center in Qingyang Town. All leading cadres, responsible area secretaries, village party organization secretaries, town department heads, heads of enterprises above designated size, and commended teachers, students, parents, and teacher representatives attended the ceremony. The Shandong Kaitai Talent Cultivation Fund was established in 2005 with the aim of rewarding outstanding teachers and students and assisting extremely disadvantaged students to successfully complete their studies.

So far, the Kaitai Yucai Fund distribution ceremony has been held for 19 consecutive sessions, with a total of more than 7 million yuan in scholarships and grants distributed, benefiting nearly a thousand students. At the same time, Shandong Kaitai is also the first private enterprise in Zouping City to support the development of education through the establishment of an education fund, and has been awarded the "Most Influential Charity Project" in Zouping City.
