The Ministry of Industry and Information TechnologyChina Machinery Industry Federation、Chinese Society of Engineering Machinery、Shandong、Hunan and Zhejiang provincesDepartment of Industry and Information Technology、Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association、Zhejiang Province技术创新中心、长沙市工程机械行业协会以及三省各市州工信部门、省级以上园区领导出席会议，包括三一重工、中联重科、山河智能、铁建重工、山推股份、临工重机、潍柴雷沃工程机械、浙江鼎力、星邦智能等主机企业and恒力液压、申亿五金等零部件企业在内的三省工程机械产业链企业负责人以及相关媒体代表三百余人参加会议。

会议由湖南省工业和信息化厅二级巡视员廖廷球主持；湖南省工信厅党组成员、副厅长毛六兵、工信部装备工业一司副司长王振分别致辞；湖南省工信厅一级巡视员黄学工、浙江省经济和信息化厅二级巡视员洪杰、山东省工业和信息化厅一级巡视员靖士宽先后作推介发言，介绍本省工程机械产业发展情况。

靖士宽在推介发言中指出，受需求收缩、供给冲击、预期转弱“三重压力”影响，工程机械产业高质量发展面临着严峻挑战。在此背景下，深化产业区域合作，加强产业交流对接将更加重要。山东、湖南、浙江三省工程机械产业发展各具特色，有着巨大的合作空间和互补优势，本次工程机械产业链发展大会将为三省工程机械产业打造合作交流的平台，对三省乃至全国工程机械产业发展有着巨大的推动作用。

本次大会上，鲁湘浙三省工信部门联合发布Proposal for Strengthening Regional Cooperation，为推进三省乃至全国工程机械产业链上、中、下游各类企业及政、产、学、研、用各领域之间描绘出深入合作交流的蓝图。

长沙市工程机械行业协会执行秘书长袁振、 山东省装备制造业协会秘书长苏红星签署了《Strategic Cooperation Agreement》；十数家来自山东、湖南、浙江的工程机械整机和配套企业、相关机构签署了商务合作协议。

中国机械工业联合会执行副can长罗俊杰、中国工程院院士杨华勇分别发表《智能化与工程机械产业发展》《工程机械产业供应链建设与技术发展》Theme演讲；来自鲁湘浙三省多家企业先后发布Procurement需求。  

本次大会旨在促进三省工程机械企业加深交流合作，充分发挥国内超大规模市场优势，构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局，提高中国工程机械产业国际竞争力和产业链供应链现代化水平。
