In order to achieve the business goals of Jinko Holdings Group for next year, a technical work symposium with the theme of "Creating a Technical Atmosphere, Summarizing 2022 and Looking Forward to 2023" was held in the conference room of Xichang on January 15, 2023.

Attendees: Chairman, Technical Director of Qianpu, Technical Director of Xingdi, Technical Director of Xinbang, Marketing Director and Production Director of Jinkoxing, and all employees of the Technical Department.

The chairman first pointed out that the development of technology work in 2023 requires a spirit of "passion and honor", and a combination of independent innovation and cooperative innovation to carry out technological and product innovation. Technical workers need to have a down-to-earth and persevering work style, endure loneliness, and have a sense of urgency and responsibility to shoulder heavy responsibilities in order to improve their technical work. In 2023, we will increase research and development investment and introduce high-end talents to promote the high-quality development of the company.

All members of the technical department spoke one by one, reporting in detail on the completion of technological innovation in 2022, the shortcomings in the work, the work plan and guarantee measures for 2023.

The technical leaders of Qianpu Company, Xingdi Company, and Xinbang Company gave speeches successively, reporting on the technological innovation work of each company, and exchanging, learning, and borrowing from each other, jointly seeking new opportunities and opening up new chapters for the development of Jinko Holdings Group.

The marketing director and production manager of Jinkoxing have provided valuable suggestions for technical work, and will continue to increase collaboration between departments in the future to improve quality and efficiency, and provide higher quality products for the construction of smart mines.
