Mech Mind Robotics was founded by a Tsinghua returnee team in October 2016, dedicated to endowing industrial robots with intelligence. Mecamand is headquartered in Beijing (research and development) and Shanghai (sales and delivery), with subsidiaries, branches, and support teams in multiple cities such as Shenzhen, Changsha, Qingdao, Munich, and Tokyo.
Rapid growth
Since its establishment more than 4 years ago, Mecamand has launched multiple industry-leading technologies and applications, and has successively appeared at the China International Industrial Fair, Hanover Industrial Exhibition, and Tokyo International Robot Exhibition (iREX), attracting the attention of many well-known manufacturers and customers. Meikamande has been successfully selected as a national high-tech enterprise, Zhongguancun Golden Seed Enterprise, Beijing Enterprise Science and Technology Research and Development Institution, and the top 3 AI projects in the Zhongguancun International Frontier Technology Innovation Competition. It has also received multiple rounds of financing from Meituan, Sequoia Capital China, Source Code Capital, Intel Capital, Qiming Venture Capital, Delian Capital, Huachuang Capital, and Galileo Capital, and has developed rapidly.

Mecamand currently has a team of 400 people, including numerous engineers from top domestic and international universities such as Tsinghua University, Beihang University, Zhejiang University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Carnegie Mellon University, Technical University of Munich, Delft Institute of Technology, etc. The company has a deep accumulation in 3D perception, vision and robot algorithms, robot software, and industry application solutions. The founder was selected for the 2019 Forbes China 30 Under 30 list and the 2020 Fortune 40 Under 40 list. As of now, Meikamande has dozens of patents and software works that have been applied for or are under review.
