Boosting industry confidence and promoting industrial cooperation

On April 20th, Qingdao, Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Network reported that the "Second China Steel Industry Innovation and Development Conference" hosted by Shandong Zhuochuang Information Co., Ltd. and Yongfeng Group Co., Ltd. was held in Qingdao. Sun Junhao, Secretary General and Project Director of the Standardization Construction Committee of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, was invited to attend the conference and deliver a speech.

The conference studied the dual carbon backgroundUnder the influence of the dual carbon vision and technology roadmap of the steel industry and the domestic steel supply, demand, and price situation in 2023, how steel enterprises respond, as well as the development trend of China's steel industry and the direction of automotive steel development, will be discussed in the context of the dual carbon vision and technology roadmap of the steel industry in China。

Sun Junhao pointed out in his speech that the equipment manufacturing industry is a vital tool of the country, and the steel industry is the backbone of the national economy. The healthy development of the equipment manufacturing industry is bound to drive a new round of industrial innovation in the steel industry. The Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association is willing to work together with its member enterprises and industry colleagues to organically combine the implementation of the strategy of expanding domestic demand with the deepening of supply side structural reform, and practice the sustainable development path of deep integration between the equipment manufacturing industry and the steel industry.

Guo Yuhua from the Iron and Steel Research Institute, Liu Xinwei, a senior researcher at Shandong Zhuochuang Information Co., Ltd. Research Institute and member of the CSPI Index Expert Committee of the China Iron and Steel Association, and Shi Huien from the Metallurgical Industry Economic Development Research Center delivered keynote speeches respectively.

The conference also conducted expert guidance, salon discussions, and other forms to review the economic trend, study technical routes, and advocate the use of "hydrogen instead of carbon" hydrogen metallurgy to help the steel industry move towards a new direction of low-carbon development. It is an important practice to explore the healthy development of the steel industry in the new era and will play an important guiding role in the future development of the steel industry.
