This round of technological transformation diagnosis is mainly aimed at the top 50 enterprises and specialized and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, with a focus on the deep integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry. Following the principle of "enterprise order, government payment", through on-site visits, research, discussions and exchanges, personalized diagnosis reports are issued to provide reference for the implementation of intelligent, green, high-end and service-oriented technological transformation in enterprises in the next step.

In recent years, Dezhou City has continuously innovated and explored effective government practices in promoting technological transformation.
