Good news from our association's governing unit, Ruixiang Mold: Ruixiang Mold Material Testing Center has successfully passed the CNAS laboratory accreditation

On May 16, 2021, the on-site evaluation team of the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) conducted a comprehensive verification of the system's operation through laboratory inspections, review of quality system documents, blind sample assessments, and holding symposiums. The accreditation qualification has been approved on July 21, 2021, with CNAS laboratory accreditation certificate registration number: CNAS L15108. It has passed the on-site audit of mechanical properties, non-destructive testing, and general component size measurement of metal materials and products in one go.

CNAS, the English abbreviation for China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, is the only institution in China authorized by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China to issue national accreditation laboratories. Testing institutions accredited by CNAS can obtain mutual recognition in the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC), and Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC), giving them an advantage in business dealings with international clients.

The Material Testing Center was established in December 2018 as an independent testing organization authorized by Shandong Ruixiang Mold Co., Ltd. It has established a nationally recognized laboratory management system in accordance with the ISO/IEC 17025:2018 (CNAS-CL01:2018) standard and relevant accreditation requirements.

For a long time, the company has attached great importance to product testing work, and its testing capabilities and levels have been continuously improved. The testing center actively participates in various activities of CNAS and participates in the capability verification plan. Since its establishment, we have successfully carried out over dozens of CNAS accredited proficiency testing programs, all of which have achieved satisfactory results. In addition, we have conducted multiple inter laboratory data comparison and quality monitoring activities with other engineering laboratories and inter industry laboratories, achieving satisfactory results.

The material testing center has successfully obtained CNAS accreditation, indicating that the company's material testing center has a nationally and internationally recognized management level and testing capability, providing stronger technical support and quality assurance for the company's product quality. It has a positive promoting effect on the improvement of product quality and research and development capabilities, and effectively enhances the credibility and brand influence of the company's products.
