Yuangen Petrochemical collaborates with Jining Federation of Trade Unions to hold a lecture on employee mental health knowledge

To safeguard the health rights and interests of employees, alleviate psychological pressure, and promote physical and mental health, on May 20th, the company partnered with the Jining Federation of Trade Unions to invite renowned psychologist and Jining Psychological and Social Work Service Center teacher Qin Yaru to give a lecture on mental health knowledge to our company's employees.

At the lecture, Teacher Qin Yaru focused on the theme of "shaping a sunny mentality and building harmonious relationships", and guided company employees to establish correct interpersonal relationships and emotional management in their work and life through on-site interactive communication, case analysis, and other methods, focusing on three aspects: "how to enhance self-confidence", "how to handle interpersonal relationships", and "emotional management".

This mental health education lecture is a microcosm of the company's occupational health training work.
