Since resuming work and production, the company has absorbed a large number of new employees and college graduates based on experience and demand. After learning that most newly hired employees lack sales experience and face difficulties in business development, the e-commerce party member team took the initiative to carry out "mentoring" work. Carrying out the "mentoring" activity has helped a group of new employees grow rapidly, creating a learning oriented team, and the team's performance has also significantly improved. The team led by Zhang Fenfen has consistently ranked first in performance in April and May, and some employees have actively submitted their applications to join the Communist Party. Behind the steady improvement of the e-commerce industry, strong support from the production process of enterprises is indispensable. At the beginning of this year, business personnel of enterprises received more than 60 orders through various means. Since the resumption of work and production at the end of February, more than 140 orders have been received, which has also posed new challenges for machinery manufacturing plants.

Time is tight and tasks are heavy, but some out of town employees are unable to return to their posts in a timely manner. The challenge of how to deliver customer orders in a timely manner is facing the enterprise. Faced with production pressure, the party branch of the machinery manufacturing factory immediately established a production assault team, adjusted production plans, and intensified production. Party members and comrades rushed forward, set an example, voluntarily gave up their rest time, and worked tirelessly with frontline workers overnight, ultimately completing production tasks with quality and quantity guaranteed.

As of now, the company's party committee has 118 members, including 5 group party headquarters and 16 party branches. In recent years, the company's party committee has firmly grasped the leadership of party building work, fully played the leading role of the party committee in the company's business development process, organically combined party building with enterprise management, synchronized the implementation of the company's party building work with production and operation, and promoted high-quality development of the enterprise.

Regarding the next step of the work plan, Mr. Feng, the Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, pointed out that the company will continue to strengthen ideological construction, do a good job in "project growth rate", "service efficiency", and "party building enhancement", build a solid foundation of ideals and beliefs, educate and guide party members and cadres in the center to work diligently, and become good models.
