Zibo Dali Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. won the "Zibo High Value Patent" award for its "Industrial Sand Making and Construction Waste Treatment Process and Complete Equipment".

The patent for "A Process and Complete Equipment for Industrial Sand Making and Construction Waste Treatment" was developed by the company for the "green, intelligent, intensive, quality improvement, and high efficiency" of the intelligent transformation and upgrading project of building aggregates. The project has passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Society of Mechanical Engineering. The appraisal committee believes that the project is innovative in the research of industrial sand crushing equipment and processes, filling the domestic gap, achieving significant energy-saving and environmental protection effects, and the overall technology has reached the leading level in China. In 2016, we were awarded the title of "Shandong Province's first set" and led the drafting of industry standards. We also participated in the revision of the national standard "Construction Sand".

On December 4, 2019, the project was reviewed by experts from Zibo Ecological Environment Testing Center, Zibo Ecological Environment Bureau Pollution Prevention and Control Center, Zibo Housing and Construction Bureau Quality Inspection Station, Zibo Ecological Environment Bureau Zhoucun Branch, and Zhoucun District Housing and Construction Bureau Quality Inspection Station.

This project aims to optimize and transform the production process of concrete enterprises, organically integrating the production of building aggregates with the concrete production system, reducing leakage and dust during transportation, and changing the problems of dust pollution on the production site. The concentration of emitted particulate matter meets the ultra-low emission requirements; The particle size of the finished aggregate meets the standard, reducing energy consumption and production costs, and achieving the goal of improving quality and efficiency; And guided by the improvement of intelligence, the intelligence and automation level of the entire system have been enhanced. It has great promotion and application value and social benefits in the building materials industry such as concrete and sand and gravel aggregates.
