Technological innovation demonstration enterprises refer to enterprises in major industrial sectors with strong technological innovation capabilities, significant innovation performance, and important demonstration and guiding roles. The recognition of technology innovation demonstration enterprises is aimed at promoting the construction of a technology innovation system with enterprises as the main body, market orientation, and the combination of industry, academia, and research.Provincial level technology innovation demonstration enterprises all have research and development centers at or above the provincial level. After being evaluated, they will be recommended to participate in the national technology innovation demonstration enterprise. The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, in conjunction with the Ministry of Finance, recognizes eligible enterprises and awards them the title of "Technological Innovation Demonstration Enterprise". These technological innovation backbone enterprises adhere to high-intensity research and development investment, play a radiating and driving role, and provide strong support for the deep integration of informatization and industrialization, and the construction of a manufacturing powerhouse.
