Shandong Provincial Government and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of cooperation

On the afternoon of September 12th, the People's Government of Shandong Province and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. signed a memorandum of cooperation in Jinan to jointly promote the transformation of old and new kinetic energy in Shandong.
