Leaders from the National Development and Reform Commission led a team to conduct in-depth research on Shandong Energy Zibo Mining Group

In accordance with the requirements of the theme education deployment of "staying true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind", in order to gain a deeper understanding of the economic operation of enterprises in the first half of the year and the promotion of major projects for the transformation of old and new driving forces, and to widely solicit opinions and suggestions on the work of the third service team for high-quality development of provincial managed enterprises, from July 8th to 9th, Comrade Wang Hailin, Deputy Director of the Provincial New and Old Driving Forces Office and Captain of the third service team for high-quality development of provincial managed enterprises, led a team to conduct research on the production line of Shandong Energy Zibo Mining Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zikuang Group").

Zikuang Group is a second level ownership enterprise of Shandong Energy Group. In recent years, Zikuang Group has highlighted its development strategy of "coal based and moderately diversified", vigorously developed non coal industries, sought new economic growth points, transformed modes, adjusted structures, and promoted transformation, maintaining a healthy and upward development trend, and forming an industrial pattern integrating coal production and processing, medical equipment, cement building materials, construction materials, clean energy, new materials, coal chemical industry, and logistics trade.

The research team conducted on-site inspections at Qilu Yunshang Digital Technology Company, Fangda Prefabricated Construction Company, Zikuang Group Headquarters Safety Dispatch Center, Xinsheng Industrial Long Carbon Chain Nylon, Industrial Sapphire and other new material engineering laboratories, production workshops, and construction sites. They had in-depth discussions and exchanges with Zikuang Group and its ownership companies, carefully understood the production and operation status of the enterprises and the problems and difficulties in their development, and jointly studied solutions and measures to solve the problems.

In recent years, faced with difficulties in the continuity of coal resources and sustained high pressure on environmental protection, Zikuang Group has been actively seeking transformation and development, and has achieved many results in reform and innovation, as well as the transformation of old and new driving forces. Some good work practices are worth summarizing, learning from, and drawing on. In response to the construction of major projects for the transformation of old and new driving forces, the resolution of historical legacy issues, and the establishment of enterprise technology centers raised by enterprises, the Third Service Team will take the opportunity of solidly carrying out the theme education of "staying true to the original intention and keeping the mission in mind", and integrate the general requirements of "adhering to the original intention, shouldering the mission, identifying gaps, and implementing" throughout the service work. We will continuously improve the service work methods, enhance the level of service work, actively help enterprises coordinate and solve problems and difficulties, and strive to promote the high-quality development of Shandong Energy Group Zibo Mining Group.
