Recently, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group held a media open day event to showcase its reform measures and achievements over the past year. China National Heavy Duty Truck Group has launched a new round of open competition this year. Not only based on qualifications, but also on abilities, selecting talents without any restrictions. After competition, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group reduced its existing middle-level cadres by nearly 120, implemented a dispatch system for employee management with equal treatment and full staff assessment, and established a normalized system of survival of the fittest.

It is reported that China National Heavy Duty Truck Group has further implemented cost reduction and efficiency improvement reforms, clarified the direction of focusing solely on its main business, and made every effort to build a world-class full range commercial vehicle group.

Under the promotion of a series of reform measures, the quality and efficiency of China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's development have been synchronously improved. In 2018, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group's operating revenue exceeded 100 billion yuan, and its sales volume ranked first in China's heavy-duty truck industry exports for 14 consecutive years. From January to April 2019, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group achieved a total of 117600 vehicle sales. We achieved a revenue of 43.4 billion yuan, a total profit of 2.5 billion yuan, and exported 12589 vehicles, continuing to maintain our position as the top exporter in the domestic heavy-duty truck industry.
