Recently, the director unit of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association and Jinan Mining Group Haina Technology Company organized a fire emergency drill activity, aiming to further improve the ability of rescue and disaster relief, grasp the gathering of rescue personnel, material reserves, and provide technical reference for disaster handling at the production site when disasters occur, discover and solve problems in the drill, and improve the overall ability to resist and avoid disasters.

To ensure the smooth implementation of this drill activity, Haina Technology Company has established an emergency drill team and developed an emergency plan drill plan, consisting of five teams: emergency rescue team, security team, medical rescue team, power supply and communication information support team, and logistics support team. According to the requirements of the emergency drill simulation plan, each group must quickly rush to the scene according to their respective responsibilities, and carry out a fire emergency drill activity for firefighting and emergency evacuation in a step-by-step and segmented manner.

During the drill, each group had clear division of labor, standardized movements, and organized personnel in a tense and orderly manner. The drill achieved four goals: firstly, to gather more than 90% of the total number of emergency rescue teams; The second is that the rescue team will assemble within 10 minutes; Thirdly, the fire-fighting facilities and equipment are fully stocked and can be used normally; The fourth is that each unit can correctly initiate the corresponding emergency procedures.

Based on the situation of this emergency drill, Haina Technology Company has clarified the key tasks for the next step of fire safety work: firstly, each production department and functional department should carefully organize employees to learn the overall layout and arrangement of the "four prevention" plan for winter this year, as well as the emergency response plan for accidents, proficiently master the procedures and disposal measures for initiating emergency rescue plans after various fire accidents occur, and further improve employees' awareness and ability to respond to emergencies and disasters. Secondly, each production department and functional department should further strengthen the training of employees on self rescue, mutual aid, and disaster prevention knowledge, enhance disaster prevention awareness, especially familiarize themselves with fire protection knowledge and master emergency actions proficiently.
