Leaders of Shandong State Machinery and Electrical Workers' Union visited Binzhou Bohai Piston Company for research

     10On the 30th of the month, Yin Xiangqun, Vice Chairman of the Shandong Defense Machinery and Electronics Trade Union, and Chen Ming, First level Chief Clerk, accompanied by Wang Endong, member of the Party Group and Vice Chairman of the Binzhou Federation of Trade Unions, conducted research at Binzhou Bohai Piston Co., Ltd., the vice chairman unit of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association. Cui Gang, the chairman of the labor union of Bohai Piston Company, accompanied the visit to the corporate culture exhibition hall, model worker innovation studio, and comprehensive training base.

       Coincidentally, the final of the company's "Gathering Strength for a Hundred Days, Improving Skills for Development" skills competition is in full swing. Yin Xiangqun and his team went deep into the casting, machining, and tooling workshop skills competition finals to conduct on-site inspections and guidance.

 At the Chief Technician Workstation, guests listened to a report on the progress of Bohai Piston Company's work in employee career development, skill improvement, and technological innovation activities, as well as the next steps of work plans. They highly praised the achievements of Bohai Piston Company's labor union work and exchanged ideas with representatives of provincial and municipal chief technicians. At the same time, they also provided guidance for the further improvement of Bohai Piston Company's "Sugang Innovation Studio" that is currently being built.
