August 2017moon23On that day, the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association conducted research activities in Zibo City. Vice President Zhang Yingming and Secretary General Tao Junyi of the association led a research team to visit multiple manufacturing enterprises.
23In the afternoon, the association's research team visited manufacturing enterprises such as Shandong Guoyue Diamond Products Co., Ltd., Shandong Liuhang Reducer Co., Ltd., and Zibo Boshan Gear Factory.
Shandong Guoyue Diamond Products Co., Ltd. is a member unit of the association's board of directors. It is a diamond drill bit enterprise that integrates design, research and development, production, and sales. Its business scope covers technical services for oil drilling and oil and gas field development, and the research and development of diamondsPDCPetroleum drill bits have performance advantages such as international leading, pollution-free, low energy consumption, high drilling speed, low drilling pressure, and high footage. They have high wear resistance, anti inclination, and anti mud package, which can reduce oilfield development costs, accelerate development speed, and significantly improve the economic benefits of drilling. 山东省装备制造业协会会员单位山东柳杭减速机有限公司设计制造各类通用减速机，并承接各种专用减速机的设计、开发。公司拥有齿轮齿形齿向检测仪、大型高精度滚齿机等检测、加工设备，设备配套齐全，具备规模化生产能力。并以山东柳杭减速机有限公司为依托，成立了淄博市减速机工程技术研究中心，建立了较完善的减速机检测实验中心。

淄博市博山齿轮厂是我省工矿齿轮的专业制造厂，主要从事大、中型直齿、斜齿、锥齿、人字齿等齿轮产品的制造和加工，同时还开发出能替代铜制品的锌基合金耐磨材料，重量轻，成本低，性能良好。淄博市博山齿轮厂配有高频、超音频大型热处理设备，制齿设备齐全，生产工艺严格，检测手段完善，现重点开发出：橡胶化工机械；黄金选矿机械；冶金建材机械；水利工程机械；农业机械；通用减速机械等六大系列的齿轮，涡轮，链轮等一百多个品种，配套厂家遍布省内外，部分产品已批量出口。

山东省装备制造业协会张应明副会长、陶俊义秘书长一行参观多家企业之后，于23日晚举行座谈会，听取企业负责人心声。参加座谈会的有，山东精工泵业有限公司陈子明董事长、山东柳杭减速机有限公司宋利民总经理、淄博市博山齿轮厂周庆合董事长、淄博鲁桥板簧有限公司宋文菲董事长、淄博勃徕格齿轮电机有限公司王节平总经理、山东鲁博真空设备有限公司阎博董事长、山东长征机械设备制造有限公司吕红玉董事长、博山鑫杰机械公司孙玉珍总经理等制造业企业负责人。
调研小组详细了解企业经营发展情况，及近期热点问题，听取了各位企业负责人对协会工作的意见和建议等。
陶俊义秘书长表示，与制造业企业面对面沟通，协会掌握了更具体和详细的企业信息，为协会开展工作提供了更加广阔的思路。协会将发布各企业产品、经营等信息，促进企业间交流协作，集思广益共同破解发展难题，带促制造业转型升级。协会也将总结企业集中反映的人才、资金、政策支持等方面的问题，及时向经信委相关部门汇报，寻求相关行业政策支持，以应对发展中遇到的难题。陶秘书长还指出，山东省是制造业大省，在全国制造业中占有重要地位。经过改革开放以来的发展，已形成基础雄厚、门类齐全的制造业体系。但是，在漫长发展过程中也存在一些矛盾和问题，需要制造业企业汇聚行业共识，凝聚行业力量，共同促进制造业的转型升级。
