Haina Technology: Improving competition and training techniques lays the foundation for development

10On June 6-7, in order to participate in the high-quality employee skills competition of the group company, the director unit of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association and Jinan Mining Group Haina Technology Company organized a preliminary skills competition for relevant technical workers within the company. The practical operation competition of hydraulic support workers is held at the maintenance center. 10 contestants from grassroots units compete in the installation of hydraulic support hydraulic pipelines. The competition requires strict execution of finger dictation and standard operation. Through comprehensive evaluation of work quality, efficiency, etc., the skills and speed of the contestants are assessed.

 Prior to this, the contestants took theoretical exams in the workshop conference room and tested their mastery of "One Communication and Three Prevention" knowledge, "Three Major Coal Mine Regulations", "Coal Mine Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Integrity Standards", and "Hydraulic Support Workers" (Advanced) knowledge through various methods such as fill in the blank and judgment brief answers.

 The actual operation competition of the fitter is held at the machining center. In the competition, participants carefully read the pictures, accurately marked the lines, and used techniques such as sawing, drilling, rolling, and saving to gradually turn the rough parts on the vise into finished products that meet the standards at the best level.

       This technical competition emphasizes both theory and practice, requires comprehensiveness, and lays a solid foundation for the next step of Haina's equipment manufacturing development.
