Huaze Mold&Plastic: Digging deeper into injection molding production to improve quality and increase efficiency

In order to further improve the comprehensive efficiency of the injection molding workshop, the director unit of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association and the injection molding workshop of Shandong Huaze Mold&Plastic Co., Ltd., after several months of quality problem data statistical analysis, determined to reduce quality problems caused by human factors as the breakthrough point for efficiency improvement. They focused on providing systematic training to new employees, enhancing their quality awareness and quality control ability, and effectively reducing the losses caused by quality problems caused by human factors.

From August 6th to August 8th, the Injection Molding Division organized training for frontline employees in the company's second floor conference room on on-site organization, quality awareness, and safety awareness. The training was conducted in batches, achieving comprehensive coverage of injection molding employees.

8月14日到8月16日，注塑事业部组织利用了三个晨会的时间，跟踪调度了三个注塑生产班的现场生产情况，并重点强调了公司对现场整理和5S精益管理方面的要求，进一步强化一线员工精益管理意识。 

8月18日至20日，注塑事业部组织开展质量、生产、制度、工作流程等全方面的培训。培训分批次进行，采用PPT授课的形式，以实际生产中的质量问题为案例，理论与实践相结合，讲解质量要求，边讲课边提问，确保达到预期的培训效果。 

Through the series of training programs mentioned above, the quality awareness, safety awareness, on-site awareness, and compliance with labor discipline of injection molding employees have been improved to varying degrees, which will play a good role in reducing quality problems and improving overall efficiency in the next step.
