Quality Leading Huaze Mold held a special meeting on issues related to Ashidanton water purifiers

In order to do a good job in production and ensure product quality, on September 11th, the director unit of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Association and the Injection Molding Division of Shandong Huaze Mold and Plastic Company organized a special meeting to discuss relevant matters of production work and put forward the following requirements. One is to attach great importance to it, starting from the first link, and each link should have high standards and strict requirements, and operate strictly according to regulations. The second is to do a good job in on-site training for employees, ensuring that they can master and understand both operational norms and quality requirements. The third is to do a good job in production scheduling, and try to produce all components at the same time as much as possible to facilitate timely assembly and testing. To ensure production progress, some personnel resumed two shifts after fully soliciting and respecting the opinions of employees. Fourthly, we need to increase the intensity of sampling inspections. Team leaders, inspectors, managers, and other personnel should conduct more checks and ensure that the inspections are thorough. Any abnormalities should be promptly reported, and post control should be transformed into pre prevention to avoid unnecessary losses.

A total of 15 sets of molds for the Ashidanton water purifier have passed the trial mold verification of Huazhe Company and have been recognized by the Ashidanton Quality Department. They have now entered the mass production stage.
