Shandong Jinding Company: Strengthening Safety Prevention and Resolving Work Injury Risks

On September 3, 2018, Shandong Jinding Industrial Co., Ltd., a member unit of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, invited professionals from the Zoucheng Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and traffic police to Jinding Company for the 2018 work-related injury prevention training. In order to further strengthen employees' awareness of safety production, establish a people-oriented safety value system, and prioritize prevention in safety production, more than 80 employees participated in the training.

邹城市交警支队蒋警官采取了通俗易懂和形象直观的授课方式，从典型案例出发，结合实际情况对安全行车及酒后驾驶、超载驾驶、疲劳驾驶等违章行为的危害性进行了讲解。                  

Lecturer Han from the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Zoucheng City gave a detailed explanation of the main policies and regulations of work-related injury insurance. Through typical cases and illustrated forms, he provided a comprehensive, systematic, and detailed explanation of knowledge related to work-related injury prevention. The teaching content is rich and easy to understand, receiving unanimous praise from the trainees.

Through this training, the employees of Jinding Company have effectively improved their understanding and prevention of work-related injuries, built a safety "firewall" in their ideological awareness, enhanced their self-protection ability, laid a good foundation for further reducing work-related injuries and better carrying out work-related injury prevention work, and provided favorable conditions for Jinding Company's next development.
