Strengthen learning, catch up with the advanced, constantly recharge and make up for shortcomings

Shandong Huaze Precision Molding Co., Ltd., a member unit of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association, has arranged personnel to participate in injection molding production technology and management training in order to learn from advanced injection molding production technology and management experience in the same industry and make up for the shortcomings in the current injection molding production.

In order to catch up with the advanced and make up for the shortcomings, the company divided its troops into two paths. One was Comrade Tian Wenjun, the technical assistant of the injection molding production department, who went to Ningbo to participate in the "Injection Molding Difficulty Analysis" training course and visited and inspected areas with relatively developed injection molding manufacturing industries such as Yuyao, Zhejiang. Secondly, Lu Yueshan, Deputy General Manager of Huaze Company, and Li Cundong, Injection Production Manager, and other comrades attended the "Advanced Training Course for Injection Workshop Management" in Suzhou. According to the company's requirements for external training personnel, participants must have a thorough understanding of the learning content, organize and edit training materials, and provide specialized training for those who have not participated in the training after returning to the factory. Continuously bringing materials and experience to the front line of production and management will help promote the long-term development of the company.
