Among them, the PDS0602 pad production line located in the central workshop of the factory is a fully automatic production line for pad processing in the railway industry. Its process flow is: automatic feeding - leveling - marking - detection - drilling - cutting - automatic unloading - palletizing. The production line has achieved fully automated production and processing. Compared with traditional processing methods, it saves 80% of personnel, improves production efficiency by more than 60%, saves 50% of floor space, significantly reduces the labor intensity of workshop production personnel, reduces manual material transfer in the production workshop, and saves more than 40% of comprehensive processing costs. It is an ideal equipment for pad processing.
