Leaders of Rencheng District People's Congress and Government of Jining City inspect the Jinan Mining Haina Industrial Park project

On August 14th, the leaders of Rencheng District People's Congress and Government of Jining City inspected the construction and production of the Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association's director units and the Jinan Mining Haina Industrial Park project. Qiao Shunli, Deputy Director of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, Hu Qin, Member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and Deputy District Chief of the District Government, Member of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress, District Government Office, District Development and Reform Bureau and other relevant leaders participated in the inspection.

It is understood that this inspection is part of the inspection activities of the Standing Committee of the Rencheng District People's Congress to understand the implementation of the 2018 National Economic and Social Development Plan. The district government and various functional departments attach great importance to the project construction work.

Haina Technology's project is aimed at improving production efficiency and reducing environmental pollution. In September 2017, it was included in the plan and launched four laser cladding production lines, using high-energy lasers and nanomaterials to alloy strengthen various parts. After treatment, the surface hardness and wear resistance of the parts can be significantly improved, the service life of the parts can be extended, the operating rate can be improved, and the goal of increasing production and reducing consumption can be achieved. It is an important part of the upgrading and transformation of equipment manufacturing products. The total investment of the project is 66 million yuan, and it has been completed and put into operation. After testing, the laser cladding equipment that has been put into production has shown good performance and meets the technical parameters investigated earlier. It is expected to repair 15000 square meters of surface every year, achieving sales of about 60 million yuan.
