Chairman Zhang Shengchen commented on the work report and made arrangements and deployments for the second half of the year. He pointed out that it is necessary to analyze problems through work summary, implement them in practice, clarify one's own responsibilities, and continuously improve and perfect through comparison with the same period. At present, there is a contradiction between production capacity and revenue in the company. In the future safety and environmental protection work, we will implement grid management and establish a comprehensive management system that is both flat and three-dimensional. And put forward requirements for the work in the following areas:
1. Strengthen the cultivation of professional talents. The country is built on talent, and the industry thrives on talent. The company should do a good job in talent cultivation and talent reserve. By selecting professional talents with certain professional technical level and potential, strengthening training, and making them experts, various talents have a better development platform to play their professional and technical roles in corresponding positions. The talent team should have a solid foundation, sufficient reserves, and full of vitality, so that the company can maintain vitality and achieve sustainable and healthy development;
2. Develop equipment standards, standardize equipment management processes, achieve equipment technology optimization, and ensure smooth production;
3. Establish a grid based work mechanism for safety production and environmental protection, focus on implementing the company's safety and environmental protection work, achieve fixed personnel, positions, and responsibilities, ensure that safety production and environmental protection work is complete and fully covered, clarify and implement the responsibility for rectifying safety hazards and environmental problems, and strive to build a proprietary system for Jinding, becoming a green technology-based high-end machinery parts and components manufacturing enterprise;
4. The board of supervisors shall conscientiously perform its supervisory functions, fulfill its duties diligently, and independently exercise its powers in accordance with the law. It shall effectively supervise the company's lawful operation, compliance with business regulations, financial status, profit distribution, and the daily performance of the company's directors and senior management personnel;
5. Long term greening planning, creating a clean, civilized, orderly, beautiful and harmonious company environment, and accelerating the process of promoting garden style enterprises;
6. Corresponding management measures for small batches and multiple varieties, reducing costs and improving market competitiveness.
An excellent manager is the one who sets the rules of the game. As a company manager, it is important to have the courage and skills to manage effectively.
