On the eve of International Labor Day on April 28th, the Vice President Unit of Shandong Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association - Yuangen Petrochemical's "Yuangen Petrochemical Lubrication Technology, Brand, and Thinking Lecture Hall and Yuangen Lubricant Tang Qincheng Distributor Symposium" kicked off in Luan County, Tangshan, officially marking the beginning of the national training conference on Yuangen Lubrication Technology, Brand, and Thinking.

The theme of this training session is to analyze the current development status of the lubrication industry, auto parts and auto repair industry, recognize the shortcomings and crises of the auto repair industry, and transform lubrication thinking. Representatives from more than 30 loyal partners of Yuangen lubricant brands in Tangshan, namely auto repair factories, gathered in the conference room of Xingda Company in Luan County to participate in this special training session. They conducted in-depth exchanges and communication, and made in-depth discussions on how to transform new lubrication thinking under the current situation.
The meeting was chaired by Jiang Huimin, Deputy General Manager of Xingda Company, and Gong Weixin, Minister of Marketing Department of Yuangen Petrochemical, gave a wonderful speech as the keynote speaker. He gave a nearly 120 minute insightful analysis to the attendees, covering national macro policies, industry development status, and the crisis and transformation breakthroughs facing the auto repair industry. He pointed out that the profit model of the auto parts and auto repair industry is about to undergo a new change. As an auto repair enterprise, we must attach importance to technology, brand, quality, standards and services, and value qualifications, safety, environmental protection, taxation and regulations in order to truly achieve transformation. We must carry out the concept of "replacing maintenance with repair" to the end in order to truly stand undefeated in the transformation. At the same time, Minister Gong shared with everyone the efforts made by Yuangen Petrochemical in response to the new situation. Yuangen Petrochemical will further strengthen its scientific research capabilities, implement a brand development strategy, and provide support and services for the transformation of auto parts and auto repair enterprises.

At the training session, the accurate analysis and forward-looking prediction of the current situation of the auto repair industry were highly recognized by the attending guests. Everyone agreed with the new profit model. Along with the lottery activities and other links, everyone was extremely enthusiastic in the subsequent product ordering process. In just a few minutes, they ordered more than 1500 barrels of Yuangen lubricant products, bringing the conference to a successful conclusion.
