It has established a batch production line for ball screws, ball nuts, rolling guides and sliders, and achieved application verification in domestic backbone machine tool manufacturers such as Mount Huangshan Wannan Machine Tool Co., Ltd., Beijing Gongyan Precision Machinery Co., Ltd., Shenyang First Machine Tool Co., Ltd. of Shenyang Machinery Group, Jinan Second Machine Tool Group Co., Ltd. and Beijing Mechanical and Electrical Research Institute. The product has good reliability and accuracy retention, meeting the application requirements of the host.
The project focuses on the high demand types of mid to high end rolling functional components in the market, mastering the key process technologies in design and manufacturing, breaking through the bottleneck of key component processing, improving the industrial manufacturing capacity of rolling functional components, and achieving batch stable production of high-speed, heavy-duty, precision ball screw pairs and rolling linear guide pairs. It provides support for the localization of rolling functional components in domestic host factories and will play a good role in improving the overall manufacturing level of CNC machine tools in China.
