1982年入学入伍,石家庄军械工程学院火控系自控专业本科毕业。1992年，从部队转业到泰安市进出口公司，1997年下岗后利用仅有的二万元家产自主创业，创建山东大禹水处理有限公司，安置企业下岗人员二十多人，经过近二十年的艰苦努力，现山东大禹水处理有限公司已成为中国水处理领域的骨干企业之一。
