The release of China's first national standard for digital transformation will promote the digital transformation of enterprises
Standard guidance is a powerful tool for accelerating digital transformation. Recently, the national standard GB/T 23011-2022 "Reference Model for Value and Benefit of Integration of Informatization and Industrialization and Digital Transformation" has been officially released.
This national standard is developed under the support and guidance of the Standards and Technology Management Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Information Technology Development Department. It is led by the Beijing Guoxin Digital Transformation Technology Research Institute and managed by the Digital Transformation Standard Working Group (TC573/WG16) of the National Standardization Committee for the Integration of Informatization and Informatization. It is the first national standard for digital transformation released in China and has a milestone significance for the standardization construction in the field of digital transformation.
This standard focuses on the fundamental task of digital transformation, which is the reconstruction of the value system. Through summarizing and refining the practices of tens of thousands of enterprises, it provides a classification system for value benefits, a value creation and transmission system based on capability units, and a value acquisition system based on new capabilities, focusing on the issues of "what are the benefits", "how to create and transmit", and "how to obtain" of digital transformation value benefits. It provides a set of value oriented, capability oriented, data-driven methods and mechanisms for enterprises to integrate value benefits requirements throughout the entire process of digital transformation.
