1、 NIO New Bridge Second Advanced Manufacturing Base
On the afternoon of their arrival in Hefei, the inspection team first entered NIO's second advanced manufacturing base in Hefei to explore the full chain digital intelligent factory and embark on a journey of NIO's business exploration. Everyone visited NIO House, which is full of humanistic atmosphere and technological vitality, and listened to the introduction of the company's development situation. In NIO's advanced manufacturing production workshop, advanced intelligent assembly lines are being produced in an orderly manner. Everyone visited NIO's detailed process from parts to complete vehicles, learned about the company's achievements in product quality and technological innovation, learned about advanced digital transformation practices, and felt the huge driving force of technological innovation promoting industrial development. Subsequently, everyone exchanged ideas on battery swapping technology, safety performance, customized production, talent demand, employment, and social security services, and actively participated in test drives, creating a lively atmosphere on site.
2、 Hefei Heduan Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd
On the morning of the 29th, the delegation came to Hefei Hezuo Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and the head of the enterprise led the delegation to visit the enterprise exhibition hall, series of products, industrial Internet platform and production site. The person in charge of the enterprise introduced to the inspection team the development history of the enterprise and the active expansion of HeDuan Intelligence around strategic directions such as lightweight forming, aerospace manufacturing equipment, visual industry, intelligent interconnection, and global layout. During the visit, everyone occasionally stopped in front of the company's products, inquiring about the technological content of the equipment, market development, and frequently praising the layout of the HeDuan intelligent industry and product innovation.
3、 Haier Hefei Air Conditioning Interconnected Factory
After the inspection and exchange of Heduan Intelligent, the inspection team arrived at Haier Central Air Conditioning Hefei Interconnected Factory. At the end of 2023, the World Economic Forum released the 11th batch of global "lighthouse factories" list, and Haier Central Air Conditioning Hefei Interconnected Factory was successfully selected. The Lighthouse Factory is known as the "most advanced factory in the world", representing the highest level of intelligent manufacturing and digitization in the global manufacturing industry today. In the factory exhibition hall, the guide played a promotional video of the Hefei Haier factory, briefly introducing the layout of the central air conditioning factory, production line design, product features, etc. After visiting the exhibition hall, led by the factory manager, the inspection team walked into the production area in an orderly manner. The clean factory environment, staggered green landscape, and innovative rest area all showcased the standardized management of a Fortune 500 factory to everyone. Entering the workshop, the factory manager explained in detail to the inspection team the process layout and technical characteristics of the production line. Hanging on both sides of the visit channel are various exhibition boards, on which are Haier Group's innovative ideas of production and operation, various interpretations of Haier Group's "RenDanHeYi" model, and Haier people's efforts to continue to explore the construction of ecological brand strategy.
4、 Anhui Heli Co., Ltd
On the afternoon of the 29th, the inspection team entered Anhui Heli Co., Ltd. and was warmly received by the company's responsible person. Anhui Heli's main business is the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of industrial vehicles, construction machinery, and key components. At present, it is the largest and most complete industrial vehicle research and development, manufacturing, and sales base in China, with the best comprehensive strength and economic benefits. Since 1991, its main economic indicators have continuously maintained the first place in the national industry, and it has entered the top seven in the world's industrial vehicle industry. The inspection team first visited the company exhibition hall, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's development history, organizational structure, industrial layout, corporate culture construction, and development strategy. Then, accompanied by the company leader, they visited the production site of Heli Forklift. Through a close visit, everyone deeply felt that Heli Company had achieved a management revolution by introducing artificial intelligence and creating a Heli HOS operation system, fully reflecting its determination as a well-known enterprise to carry out market transformation and market competition.
After visiting the Heli forklift production base, the inspection team went to the Yufeng Intelligent Factory area of Heli Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park. In recent years, Heli has been deeply cultivating the intelligent logistics industry. Anhui Heli has invested in and acquired Yufeng Intelligence through cash acquisition of equity, accelerating the transformation and upgrading from a single equipment supplier to an intelligent logistics integrator, constantly opening up new fields, creating new models, and cultivating new growth points.
5、 Anhui Mechanical and Electrical Industry Association
On the morning of the 30th, the inspection team braved the rain and arrived at the Anhui Mechanical and Electrical Industry Association, where they were warmly received by the president, Pan Xiaolin. During the discussion and exchange, Sun Shanjin, President of Jining Machinery Industry Association, and Pan Xiaolin, President of Anhui Mechanical and Electrical Industry Association, respectively delivered enthusiastic speeches and put forward their respective opinions and suggestions on accelerating the exchange and cooperation between equipment manufacturing enterprises in the two regions.
6、 Hefei Changyuan Hydraulic Co., Ltd
On the last stop, the inspection team walked into Hefei Changyuan Hydraulic Co., Ltd. Accompanied by the company leader, the inspection team visited the company's product exhibition hall, oil cylinder workshop, hot processing workshop, gear pump workshop, and hydraulic valve workshop, and had discussions and exchanges with some technical personnel of the enterprise.
