In Changzhou City, the inspection team visited four local backbone enterprises, namely Liugong Changzhou Machinery Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hengli Hydraulic Co., Ltd., Changchai Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Guomao Reducer Co., Ltd., and was warmly received by the enterprise leaders. Liugong Changzhou Machinery Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangxi Liugong Machinery Co., Ltd. and a well-known professional manufacturer of construction machinery in China. The inspection team visited the company's entire manufacturing production line, listened to the introduction of the company's production and operation in recent years by the enterprise leader, and also exchanged and discussed various aspects such as industry development trends, raw material market trends, market industry layout, energy conservation and environmental protection.

在淮安市，考察团先后走进江苏双环齿轮有限公司和江苏威博液压股份有限公司交流学习。江苏双环齿轮有限公司为浙江双环传动机械股份有限公司的全资子公司，是国家级高新技术企业。该企业拥有锻造、精密齿轮、精密成型三个制造分厂，具备年产6万吨普通铸件、2600万件小模数齿轮、60万套螺伞齿轮和2200万件高精度齿坯的生产能力。步入生产现场，车间内到处呈现出现代化、自动化、信息化的气息，自动“机械手”代替了人工灵活操作，巨资引进的热处理线、磨齿机等智能化生产线和先进设备高效运行，可视化的车间管理让整个生产流程可知可控，管理现代化水平令人惊叹。企业负责人向考察团介绍，近年来，双环齿轮以打造江苏省级智能制造工厂和省级专精特新“小巨人”企业为核心，大力推进企业转型升级，在传统工业生产模式中嫁接信息化创新元素，通过工业化和信息化的深度融合，进一步强肌体、激活力，“小齿轮”转出了发展加速度。

江苏威博液压股份有限公司成立于2003year3月，是淮安市本土企业，主要生产集驱动电机、低噪音齿轮泵、控制阀、液压阀块、油箱于一体的小型液压系统，产品广泛应用于电动叉车、工程机械等领域。公司董事长马金星热情接待了考察团一行，在陪同参观过程中，董事长马金星向考察团介绍到，威博液压成立至今，始终坚持自主研发。与国内其他厂商采购各种配件进行组装不同，公司只采购钢材、橡胶、塑料等基础性、大众性原料，在此基础上自主制造产品所用的绝大部分配件，因此产品质量更稳定、交货周期更及时、价格更低。除了自主研发，公司每年还投入大量资金，对生产设备进行自动化改造。目前主力产品液压动力单元在国内市场的占有率超过30%，位居全国前列。2022year1月，公司也成功在北交所上市，成为了北交所注册制第一股。

在考察交流活动即将结束时，会长孙善金带领考察团一行专程驱车来到周恩来纪念馆，开展“弘扬周恩来精神，勇担新时代使命”理想信念教育活动，寻访周恩来足迹，感受周恩来坚定共产主义信仰和革命精神，接受熏陶教育。考察团来到周恩来总理纪念馆主馆，拾级而上，在周恩来座像前静默肃立，会长孙善金代表协会向周恩来座像敬献花篮，考察团成员向周恩来座像三鞠躬，深切缅怀周恩来总理的丰功伟绩。随着讲解员的讲解，考察团成员先后参观了周恩来生前图片展和西花厅。通过近距离学习参观，考察团成员们深切感受到周恩来的胸怀宽广和对共产主义信仰的坚定不移，他的一生，是为共产主义奋斗的一生。考察团成员一致表示，学习周恩来，就是要学习他对共产主义信仰的崇高精神，牢记使命，不忘初心，我们要坚持以周恩来总理为榜样，坚持用老一辈无产阶级革命家们的精神风范和革命意志激励我们企业家坚持创新发展，坚持艰苦奋斗，勇担新时代使命。

考察交流活动结束后，在返程途中，考察团成员纷纷表示，协会组织的此次考察活动，不仅让企业家们开阔了眼界，拓宽了思路，获得了针对性、指导性、操作性都很强的启示，这必将对企业的转型升级和稳定、可持续发展起到强有力的引领、借鉴和推动作用。同时还加深了我市装备制造业企业与常州、江阴、淮安三地企业的了解和友谊，拉近了我市与三地企业间的距离，为进一步促进我市装备制造业对外扩大合作、提升企业知名度奠定了坚实的基础。
