The epidemic prevention and control will not be relaxed, and online services will never stop - our association held the fourth centralized evaluation (appraisal) meeting of scientific and technological achievements in April

Epidemic prevention is not lax, anti-epidemic does not "leave the post". Recently, the epidemic prevention and control situation in many places in our province is grim, Shandong Province Equipment Manufacturing Association to improve service awareness, innovative work methods, to do a good job in the online scientific and technological achievements of centralized evaluation (appraisal) work, for the majority of scientific and technological innovation subjects to open efficient and convenient green service channels. On the morning of April 28, the fourth online scientific and technological achievements centralized evaluation (appraisal) meeting of our association in April was held in Jinan. The four latest scientific and technological achievements of the three enterprises successfully passed the evaluation (appraisal). The overall technology of the four projects reached the international advanced level, and the scientific and technological innovation was fruitful.

Secretary-General Su Hongxing presided over the evaluation (appraisal) meeting, introduced the participating experts and explained the evaluation standards and norms. This evaluation (appraisal) meeting recommends Professor Zheng Zhongcai, the dean of the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Shandong Jianzhu University, as the director of the evaluation committee, Professor Wang Renren, the dean of the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation of Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences), and Professor Yang Jimin, the tutor of master students majoring in electronic and electronic science and technology of Shandong Normal University, as the vice chairman, professor Zhang Huaqiang, supervisor of master's degree students and director of research department of Harbin Institute of Technology, Professor Cao Shukun, Dean of School of Mechanical Engineering of Jinan University, Professor Yang Xianhai, executive dean of New Energy Automobile Research Institute and doctoral supervisor of vice president of School of Mechanical Engineering of Shandong University of Technology, and researcher Zhang Haiping, director of expert committee of Shandong equipment Manufacturing Association, served as members.

There are four projects participating in this evaluation (appraisal), involving many subdivisions of the equipment manufacturing industry: BULL Ⅳ large-format double-cutting-head laser cutting machine and BOLT Ⅶ 12025-30kW large-format ultra-high power laser cutting machine completed by Pentium Laser Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. (reporter: electrical engineer Zhang Yezhi, mechanical engineer Li Xuexiang), PBM-CP-350S type continuous plastic bottle blowing and filling integrated machine (BFS) completed by Shandong Xinhua Medical Devices Co., Ltd. (reporter: product manager Zhou Lijun), temperature control and energy saving device completed by Shandong Langkabo Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (household intelligent electric temperature control device) (reporter: General Manager Cong Huacheng).

The expert evaluation committee carefully listened to and studied the reports of the technical leaders of each project on the results, carefully reviewed the relevant reports, watched the operation videos of the relevant projects and the animation demonstration of core components, strictly followed the standards and requirements of relevant laws and regulations of scientific and technological evaluation (identification), adhering to the principle of objectivity, impartiality and independence, and carried out scientific evaluation from the aspects of academic indicators, technical indicators, economic and social benefits and market prospects, compared with similar products at home and abroad, and according to the degree of technological innovation, advanced degree, technical difficulty, complexity and maturity of these projects, put forward detailed questions to the reporter on relevant issues. After full demonstration, the following evaluation opinions are formed:

For the four projects participating in this evaluation (appraisal), the evaluation data provided are complete, standardized and in line with the evaluation regulations. After testing by qualified institutions, the quality and performance indicators have reached the requirements of relevant standards, and the users have proved that their economic and social benefits are good. The BULL Ⅳ large-format double-cutting-head laser cutting machine completed by Pentium Laser Technology (Shandong) Co., Ltd. realizes simultaneous cutting of double-cutting heads, improves operation efficiency, synchronously controls two cutting heads, and realizes the functions of separate anti-collision of cutting heads and automatic synchronization of double-cutting heads. After being tested by the National Casting and Forging Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center, the technical performance index of the product meets the requirements of relevant product standards, the overall technology of the project products has reached the international advanced level. Another project of the same company, BOLT Ⅶ 12025-30kW large-format ultra-high power laser cutting machine, improves the vibration resistance, rigidity and operation stability of the cutting machine, realizes high-speed and high-precision cutting, solves the problem that "small melting tumor" is easy to form in thick plate cutting, and realizes efficient cutting of thick plates. It has been tested by the National Casting and Forging Machinery Quality Inspection Center, the technical performance index of the product meets the requirements of relevant product standards, and the overall technology of the project product has reached the international advanced level. The PBM-CP-350S continuous plastic bottle blowing and potting machine (BFS) completed by Shandong Xinhua Medical Devices Co., Ltd. ensures uniform wall thickness, low loss, high production capacity, improves filling accuracy, ensures the quality of filling liquid, and improves mold clamping force, mold clamping accuracy and convenience of user waste recovery, tested by Zibo Product Quality Inspection and Research Institute, the technical performance of the product meets the requirements of relevant product standards, and the overall technical level of the project has reached the international advanced level. The temperature control and energy saving device (household intelligent electric temperature control device) completed by Shandong Langkabo Energy Technology Co., Ltd. realizes the purpose of heating according to demand and precise control. The flow regulating valve has constant torque, low resistance, good sealing performance, stable operation and high control accuracy, the high-strength industrial ceramic valve core is wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, leak-proof and non-scaling. It has been tested by the National Building Materials Industry Building Hardware Plumbing Product Quality Supervision, Inspection and Testing Center, Shandong Institute of Metrology and Beijing Construction Engineering Quality Fourth Inspection Institute. The technical performance indicators of the product meet the requirements of relevant product standards, and the overall technology of the project has reached the international advanced level.

The expert evaluation committee fully affirmed the research work of each completed unit and the market prospect of the project, put forward targeted optimization measures and the next research direction according to the specific situation of each project, and gave guidance and suggestions to the project declaration work of each enterprise.
