The policy spring breeze blows, opening up a green channel to help enterprise development - the association's policy interpretation special training was successfully held at Xianhe Company

In order to promote and implement policies, enable member enterprises to have a correct understanding and grasp of policies, inspire confidence in their actions, and promote the steady, healthy, and sustainable development of the equipment manufacturing industry, the Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association held a special training on equipment manufacturing industry policy interpretation in the conference room of its president unit/Shandong Xianhe Yuexin Electromechanical Co., Ltd. on March 9, 2022.

The association specially invited Zhang Zhenfu, head of the Equipment Department of Zibo Non Public Economy Development Center, Song Bo, manager of the Financial Department of Zibo Qishang Bank, and Tian Yun, senior accountant of Zibo Shenzhou Taxation Firm, to provide policy interpretations.

More than 90 people participated in the training, including Zhang Huixin, President of the Association, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shandong Xianhe Yuexin Electromechanical Co., Ltd., Wang Zhongyong, Executive President of the Association and Chairman of Shandong Tongli Hardware Electromechanical Chain Co., Ltd., as well as the main responsible persons, financial supervisors, secretaries and related personnel of the Association's member units.

Zheng Hui, Executive President/Secretary General of the Association and Chairman of Shandong Gongzhi Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., presided over this policy interpretation training session.

Zhang Zhenfu, the head of the Equipment Department at the Zibo Non Public Economy Development Center, explained to the attendees the support policies, application, and implementation requirements related to Zibo's equipment manufacturing industry.

Manager Song from the Financial Department of Qishang Bank in Zibo City explained the preferential policies and benefits for small and medium-sized enterprises in terms of technology renovation loans and financing.

Accountant Tian from the tax bureau interprets the tax reduction and exemption policies for corporate finance and taxation, especially the specific preferential provisions for tax reduction and exemption, corporate income tax, and personal income tax newly introduced by the state since 2022. The three leaders provided detailed and insightful explanations on policy interpretation and the policy of benefiting enterprises, with comprehensive content. One Three feelings about this policy training

The three teachers' explanations involve policies that are highly targeted, practical, and operational. Targeted is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises, and most of the member enterprises of Zibo Equipment Manufacturing Industry Association are included; Practicality is linked to the fundamental interests of our association's member companies. The policies on technological transformation subsidies and intelligent manufacturing discussed by Director Zhang, as well as the technological transformation policies discussed by Manager Song, are very practical for the equipment manufacturing industry. The tax preferential policies mentioned by Director Tian involve both enterprises and individuals, with strong inclusiveness; Operability means that as long as it complies with various policies, the application work will have rules to follow. Each unit should contact three teachers, or contact the Secretariat, or contact the Industry and Information Technology Bureau of each district and county. Please report well after the meeting, pay attention to learning and mastering policies, and combine them with the actual situation of the enterprise to make full use of policies.

II A few specific questions

1. Make every effort to organize the exhibition and viewing work of Jinan (International) Equipment Expo.The Shandong Jinan (International) Equipment Expo will be held at the end of the month (March 31st to April 2nd) at the Jinan International Convention and Exhibition Center. At present, the Secretariat is in the process of identifying participating companies and booking the location and area for the establishment of the "Zibo Exhibition Area". After returning, it is necessary to convey information in a timely manner, and eligible enterprises should actively register for exhibitions and visits. Just now, Director Zhang of the Equipment Department of the Municipal Non Public Ownership Development Center also emphasized the content of exhibition subsidies when interpreting policies. (The municipal government supports intelligent equipment enterprises to go global and participate in domestic and foreign exhibitions in the field of intelligent manufacturing. Existing policies will be implemented for participation in foreign exhibitions. For participation in domestic exhibitions, a subsidy of 50% of the booth fee will be given, and the maximum subsidy amount for a single enterprise shall not exceed 200000 yuan). The Secretariat should actively communicate and coordinate with the Development Center, Director Zhang, and Manager Li Man of the Convention and Exhibition Center, and make every effort to organize and coordinate the relevant work of enterprise participation and exhibition. At that time, the highlights of Zibo's intelligent manufacturing will be showcased at the Jinan exhibition, helping enterprises expand their markets.

2. Make good use of the "Internal Collaboration Guidelines" to promote the deepening of internal collaboration, promote internal circulation and domestic demand.Since promoting internal collaboration, the association has received active support from a large number of member enterprises and has achieved some tangible results. I have carefully read the book 'Internal Collaboration Guide' that was just sent, and it also includes the 'QR codes' and contact information of each unit, which is very practical. Some of the products from member companies inside have certain advantages in terms of cost-effectiveness and technical performance. After bringing them back, everyone should frequently browse, learn from each other, communicate and exchange needs information, constantly enhance internal collaboration awareness, strengthen internal circulation, develop together, and expand the market, so that the majority of member companies can obtain tangible benefits.
