On February 27th, the first executive meeting of the Jining Machinery Industry Association in 2021 was successfully held at Shandong Shenli Rigging Co., Ltd. The meeting was chaired by the association's president, Li Baomin.

Before the meeting, the participants, accompanied by Du Yazhong, chairman of Shandong Shenli Rigging Co., Ltd., visited the production site. Du Daping, general manager of the company, introduced the production and operation of Shenli Rigging in recent years, especially after the COVID-19 epidemic, and the future development plan of the company to the leaders at the meeting in detail.

Thirdly, based on the actual situation of member enterprises, guide them to carry out enterprise management in a hierarchical and modular manner, and improve the level of enterprise operation and management. Fourthly, the specialized committee should unify its thinking, fully leverage the role of the expert committee, establish a sound operational mechanism, and better serve member enterprises.

At the meeting, Executive Deputy Secretary General Wang Jingping explained the revision of the association president's office meeting system and reported in detail to the attendees2021Plan and arrangement of key work for the first half of the year. The Secretariat should cooperate with the expert committee to conduct research activities, identify problems existing in member enterprises, provide timely and correct guidance, and solve problems for enterprises, especially the current difficulty in recruiting workers in manufacturing enterprises. The association should leverage its resource advantages and help enterprises solve employment problems through multiple channels. At the same time, we need to further leverage the role of the rotating chairman. For the construction of the centralized procurement platform for bulk materials, the rotating chairman should actively provide suggestions and ideas, and promote the implementation of this work as soon as possible.
