The association promotes internal collaboration, observation and exchange activities held in Zichuan
To promote mutual learning among member enterprises, strengthen internal communication and cooperation, and promote the improvement and application of intelligent manufacturing among member enterprises. On the morning of October 16th, an on-site observation and exchange meeting for internal collaboration among member companies of the association was successfully held at the director unit, Leize Intelligent - Qilu Laser Sharing Industry Park.
More than 30 people, including Zhang Huixin, the president of the association, Han Huaisheng, the vice president, and some directors and main responsible persons of member units, attended. Vice President and Secretary General Zhang Yingming presided over the meeting.
The attendees first visited the product exhibition hall and intelligent equipment workshop of Shandong Taizhan Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd., as well as the 8th workshop and Qilu Laser Science and Technology Museum of Shandong Leize Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. located in the Qilu Laser Sharing Industry Park. Everyone walked, watched, listened, and learned, giving high praise to the corporate culture, humanistic environment, and development philosophy of the two companies.
At the symposium, Liu Zhiming, Chairman of Shandong Taizhan Technology Co., Ltd., introduced the relevant situation of the company and comprehensively and systematically shared the company's experience and practices in market development, research and development innovation, refined management, and emphasis on employee training.
Yan Jingchuan, Chairman of Shandong Leize Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., shared with everyone the process of the company's growth and development, as well as how the company strengthened the construction of employee values, why it implemented equity incentives, and how to optimize the company's structure and digital construction during the growth process. At the meeting, Mr. Yan also offered a better price to Shandong Liuhang Gearbox Co., Ltd. and Shandong Debaoli Power Technology Co., Ltd., who had reached an intention to purchase laser marking machines on site, based on the in member purchase price. He also presented a laser processing service card worth 500 yuan to the attendees, allowing internal enterprises of the association to truly enjoy discounts.
The main responsible persons of the participating member companies introduced the basic situation of their respective companies. Everyone shared their feelings, development, suggestions, needs, and cooperation. The atmosphere of the entire venue was lively, laying a foundation for strengthening communication and cooperation among members and enhancing internal resource integration. Everyone expressed that through observation and discussion, they have seen their own shortcomings, learned advanced concepts, management methods, and corporate culture of advanced enterprises, inspired their thinking, broadened their horizons, and gained a lot.
In his concluding speech, Zhang Huixin, the president of the association, mentioned that the event was very successful and successful. After visiting Taizhan and Leize, everyone shared their thoughts and opinions. I would also like to share some insights, which are also inspirations for today's attendees and member enterprises: firstly, the positioning should be high, whether it is product positioning or management positioning, high standards, high levels, and strict requirements. Secondly, management should be refined, and member enterprises should abandon the original extensive management and move from refined management to lean management. The third is to learn from development. Regardless of the size of the enterprise, it must become a learning oriented enterprise. The association has more than 100 member enterprises, each with its own unique situation, but each enterprise has its own shining points. We learn from others' experiences and strengths through various activities such as internal communication and learning, so that the good experiences and practices we learn can take root, sprout, and result in our own enterprise.
Since the beginning of this year, our association has also done a lot of work in internal collaboration. A typical example is the publication of two "Enterprise Directory" books, which have received good feedback. We also held internal collaboration and communication meetings among member companies, and timely compiled and launched 8 issues of the special "Work Briefing" on "Successful Cases of Internal Collaboration" to promote more extensive and in-depth internal collaboration among member companies, achieving practical results. In the next step, we will continue to deepen internal communication and collaboration. In addition, in terms of internal collaboration, member units should take conscious action, take the initiative, and not feel embarrassed. Treat each other with sincerity, say whatever you want, and discuss and handle any issues. Furthermore, there should be internal discounts, including payment methods, and of course, good service should also be provided.
Finally, President Zhang talked about four specific things: firstly, the Secretariat needs to carefully prepare for the third session of the General Assembly. We will hold our annual meeting in Boshan next month today, and there is only one month left for the preparation of the meeting. Secondly, during the annual meeting, we will commend another batch of demonstration enterprises, and the Secretariat should do a good job in conducting research. Thirdly, we will vigorously develop new members. Continuously attracting industry experts, outstanding entrepreneurs, and advanced enterprises to join the association, discussing the survival, development, transformation, and upgrading strategies of the industry. The fourth is to increase the collection of membership fees. Individual enterprises that have not yet paid the transaction fee this year must pay it in full within one week as soon as possible.
The Secretary General of the Association, Zhang Yingming, concluded the symposium by saying that today's meeting was very successful and effective. Everyone actively participated, spoke up, and shared their feelings and insights. The three requirements mentioned by President Zhang just now, which are high positioning, refined management, and learning for development, are the development direction of all our member enterprises. Each member enterprise should learn more from benchmark demonstration enterprises and communicate more. Finally, we hope that through learning and communication, each of our member companies can grow and develop rapidly under the guidance of demonstration enterprises, creating better and greater benefits.
