When introducing the company, the handsome and capable chairman said: Kangpaisi RV was founded in May 2014 with a registered capital of 66.13 million yuan and 500 employees. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in RV research and development, production, and sales, and is the only company listed on the New Third Board in the domestic RV industry.

In 2019, it was awarded the title of "Shandong Province Gazelle Enterprise". Our products are exported to major countries and regions such as Australia, Europe, America, Japan, and South Korea. Among them, the independently developed RV has obtained a total of 74 authorized patents.

In order to promote the coordinated development of the RV industry cluster in Rongcheng City, Kangpaisi has taken the lead in establishing the RV Industry Park - a professional RV parts manufacturing park. We have gathered more than ten major suppliers of tents, furniture, frames, stoves, and panels, highlighting our advantages in product development, cost, quality control, and supporting cooperation. When talking about the work of the association, Chairman Wang Weiwei said that Kangpaisi, as a leading RV enterprise in our city, also intends to cooperate with Haier Group to build a camping demonstration zone in Rongcheng, and hopes that the government can provide policy support. He suggested that Rongcheng City, as the largest RV production base in the country, currently does not have a large-scale RV campsite, and RV culture is not commensurate with production scale. Related RV forums, national RV exhibitions, and RV tourism culture expos are rarely held, and RV culture is not strong, which invisibly restricts the development of enterprises.

He hopes that our city can accelerate the construction of RV camping sites, create RV culture and RV towns from the government and association levels, form the Rongcheng RV brand, and promote the rapid development of the company through the improvement of soft power.

Chairman Wang Weiwei also said that the healthy and stable development of enterprises cannot be achieved without the intellectual support of high-level talents with high educational backgrounds. However, currently, it is difficult for the company to attract high-level (educational) talents. It is difficult to recruit talents with a master's degree or above, which to some extent restricts the construction of the company's R&D team. He hopes that the association will comprehensively consider the characteristics of talent demand in the equipment manufacturing industry, propose incentive policies for introducing high-level talents to the government and other relevant departments, and help enterprises introduce high-level talent resources.

Chairman Wang further suggested: through the association, provide relevant talent training resources, carry out professional talent training, improve the level of talent skills, and stabilize the talent team.     

Deputy Secretary General Xia introduced the rotating chairman system and the purpose of building an industrial Internet platform to Chairman Wang Diyuan. He said that the association wants all member units to have a clear understanding of other companies' products online, so that they can exchange information.
