The manager of Haodun Company, Yu Jiandong, introduced the company's operation: Haodun Company was established in 2000 and mainly produces environmental protection equipment such as fans, dust collectors, and mufflers, with an annual output value of 50 million yuan.
The company belongs to the high-tech industry, and its products are the main industries for the future development of the country, mainly supporting many industries such as metallurgy, electricity, environmental protection, chemical industry, construction, mining, papermaking, printing, food machinery, etc.
The company has strong design and R&D capabilities. By introducing the essence of technology from well-known companies such as WOLTER, HOWDEN, GE, and combining with famous universities in China such as Shanda, Xijiao University, Harbin Institute of Technology, the company has developed more than ten series of fan dedusting products with CAD aided design and top software such as PRO/E SOLIDWORD. Manager Yu Jiandong further introduced that the fan products produced by Haodun Fan Co., Ltd. are mainly energy-saving fans (second level energy efficiency); Dust collector products mainly include bag filters, MLDC series dust collectors, etc; Mufflers are mainly produced in the GPL series.
The above product quality system has passed the IS09001-2000 international quality system certification, which can meet the product needs of various industries. At present, the company is continuously increasing its investment in product research and development to promote the market competitiveness of its products.
Regarding the problems in the production and operation of the enterprise, Manager Yu Jiandong said that the equipment is currently being updated quickly, and without updates, the product quality cannot meet the requirements. But equipment updates and funding are relatively tight.
When it comes to talent cultivation, Yu Jiandong said that young people are willing to earn quick money, unwilling to engage in craftsmanship work, and even fewer are willing to work in private small factories such as equipment manufacturing. Now that the elderly are facing retirement, enterprises are currently in an awkward situation of a shortage of talent. Manager Yu is very interested in organizing training on new production technology equipment and hopes that experts can solve their difficulties in production processes.
During the exchange, Deputy Secretary General Xia said: Talent shortage is a situation faced by many enterprises, how to break through this barrier. This is also a concern for the superiors.
