The association holds a training course on reliability management system
To enhance the awareness of the importance of reliability management system among member enterprises, a reliability management system training course was successfully held on May 26th at the president's unit, Shandong Xianhe Yuexin Electromechanical Co., Ltd. More than 40 people, including the association president Zhang Huixin, vice president, secretary general Zhang Yingming, and general managers, technical vice presidents, and technical backbones from member enterprises, attended.

The training course was taught by Li Guanghe, Deputy Secretary General of the Association, Deputy Director of the Quality Department of Shandong Yanshan Pump Industry Co., Ltd., National Registered Senior Auditor, and Trainer for Quality Management System and Reliability Management System Internal Auditors. Li Guanghe, a lecturer, has been engaged in management system audits, internal auditor training, product energy-saving certification, and safety standard product certification for more than 20 years, with rich practical and training experience. During the training period, Li Guang and the instructor systematically explained the relevant content of reliability management system with vivid and visual cases, focusing on analyzing the important role of reliability management system in enterprise production and operation, which was highly praised by the trainees. Everyone expressed that this training has a large amount of information and strong systematicity. Through learning, we have gained a profound understanding of the reliability management system and its importance in enterprise management and product improvement. We hope that the association will organize more similar training activities in the future.
Song Limin, General Manager of Shandong Liuhang Gearbox Co., Ltd., stated that our company attaches great importance to every aspect of production and operation. Through learning, we have come to understand that reliability management system certification is an upgraded version of quality management system certification, and it is also the direction and goal of enterprise development. Only by doing a good job in every detail of enterprise production and operation management can the enterprise have broader development space. Guo Xiaohong, General Manager of Zibo Sande Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., said with deep emotion: I have benefited greatly from this training and have full confidence. President Zhang emphasized three key points in his concluding speech of the training course: firstly, to do a good job in uploading the situation, and to timely convey the situation of this training course to the main leaders and responsible leaders, so that the enterprise can attach importance to the reliability management system. At present, regardless of whether the enterprise has implemented a reliability quality management system, we must implement a reliability management system on the basis of the existing quality management of the enterprise, so that the product quality of the enterprise can meet higher standard requirements. Secondly, due to the impact of the epidemic, many enterprises have been greatly affected by market and product quality issues. In this situation, we should start from ourselves, strengthen internal management, improve internal skills, refine products, and provide enterprises with a good space for survival and development. Thirdly, the association has several key activities in the near future and hopes that everyone will actively participate. On May 29, member enterprises were organized to study in middling coal Group in Jining. Middling coal Group is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development and operation of e-commerce platforms and network marketing services. It has successfully operated the first domestic "Yikuangwang" large-scale machinery manufacturing industry e-commerce platform. There are many places worth learning. We hope that enterprises interested in participating in will sign up in time. Secondly, actively fill out the "Demand Form for Enterprises to Hire" Thousand PhDs "from Shandong University of Technology as" Vice Presidents of Science and Technology "issued by the Zibo Electronic Information and Equipment Manufacturing Industry Development Center and the Service Society Office of Shandong University of Technology. In addition, the association plans to form a group to participate in the Zibo General Machinery Expo in July, and will make a grand appearance.
